This Competition is not to be construed in any way as a potential job offer or agency representation by any of the participating individuals or entities, except at the absolute sole discretion of the participating entities of their own accord.

There is no compensation for any of the applicants (no per diem, travel, lodging, food, parking, meals, copying costs, or any other compensation or reimbursements).

If an applicant who is not Los Angeles-based is selected as a Semi Finalist and/or Winner, the Competition and participating entities will make every reasonable effort to conduct the workshop and informational meetings via teleconference, phone or email at a mutually acceptable day and time.

Script notes will not be given on your script submission, except at the absolute discretion of each participating entity of their own accord.

Rx Laughter is not responsible for any arbitrations or other issues that may arise as a result of entering this competition between applicant and any other third parties.

Due to time and personnel constraints, we are sorry that we cannot provide feedback on any submissions nor notify anyone of the status of your submission before the Semi Finalists are notified by us.

Rx Laughter has the right to amend any part of the Terms of this competition (extending deadline and notification dates, etc.) as shall be deemed necessary for the successful outcome of this Competition.
